on this sites side-menu the background isn't fixed but in konquer it is & i hear
its the same for ie

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to the site 
2.scrole the menu
3.Take note of the backgraound moving

Actual Results:  
the background moved

Expected Results:  
the back ground should stay put

The site is using a "bgproperties" attribute on the BODY tag to fix the
background.  This is a nonstandard Microsoft-invented attribute which Mozilla
does not support.

The proper way to do this kind of effect cross-browser would be with CSS.
