For accessibility, it's good to be able to change text color based on the
background color. For example, to increase contrast, or to avoid problematic
color combinations, etc.

What is this bug asking for? An "ensure contrast between background color and
text color" pref?

No reply in almost a year. I have no idea what this bug is about either. Maybe
he meant selection color?
