Twice today (both with today's builds) on two different rh6.1 linux machines
I ran the build for the first time and it loaded www.mozilla.org as the
start page and repeated the text in one of the anchors. The first time I
saw "Use bugzilla bugzilla to report bugs". On the second machine it repeated
"New Checkins" from the menu bar. Scrolling up and down didn't get rid of the
repeated text but going to another page and then going back made the page
lay out correctly the second time. After restarting mozilla a few times I
didn't notice any more problems.

I did 'view source' while the display was horked verified that 'new checkins'
was only printed once.
This happened both at home and work with fast and slow links.

I can't repeat the problem, but it sounds like bug #21189 so I'm marking it a
DUP of that bug
