214005 - Can't apply theme - OK button does nothing

I tried Firebird 0.6 first. I downloaded and applied the Phoenity Shade theme,
but was unable to switch back to the standard one. Now, using the latest nightly
build, when I select a new theme the OK button does nothing. I can't apply a
different theme. Cancel works.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tools > Options > Themes
2. Click on theme
3. Click OK

Actual Results:  
Nothing

Expected Results:  
Applied theme, and closed dialogue

Confirmed in 20030726 PC/WinXP.

Downloading the theme with "Use this theme" checked doesn't change the theme
either.  Maybe it's more than a preferences bug.

Also, it seems to work consistently regardless of which theme is chosen.
