everytime I click on the icon the computer thinks, then stops, nothing happens

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.click on icon

Actual Results:  
time bottle comes up for about 2 sec. then nothing happens, I tried several
locations to open morzilla, same thing happens

Debra - is this report about the Mozilla suite or Firebird/Firefox?  Can you
still reproduce this problem with a recent version, installed into an empty
directory? If so, please comment with more details. Otherwise, this bug can be
marked invalid.

uninstall Mozilla 1.4, delete any directories named mozilla or mozilla.org in
your program files and common files directories. Install Mozilla 1.6. Re-open if
you can reproduce this problem with a clean install.
