I want to be able to temporarily suspend cookie filtration according to the
black/whitelist, so that every cookie request brings up the "accept/block
cookie" dialog.
Here's why I want this feature. I go to a site for the first time; it tries to
give me a cookie; being a little paranoid, I reject the cookie and block the
site. A little while later, I come to like the site, and try to create a user
account. But because I'm blocking cookies, I can't log in. Then I have to go
to the cookie sites list and remove all URL's that look like they might be the
one trying to place my login cookie.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a big commercial website.
2. Block its cookies.
3. Create a user account.
4. Try to log in.
5. Experience frustration.

Related: bug 200873, although it's exactly the opposite, since it asks for
temporary blocking, while previously accepted cookies would still work.

as you can now remove permissions on the current site directly from
Tools->Cookie Manager, this is no longer needed for the reason you described.
(Yes, there is a bug with domainwalking, but that will be fixed in this cycle.)
