In all the subcategory pages generated by www.npaci.edu/PCOMP
(http://www.npaci.edu/PCOMP/cgi-bin/pcomp_xml.cgi?subcat=1100) is an example,
while other browsers (IE 5/6, Opera, Safari) parse the xml-generated output as
proper html and display as good html, Mozilla and NN 7.0/7.1 don't - they just
display the html code.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to www.npaci.edu/PCOMP
2.select one of the subcategories, i.e., Software Vendors
3. 

Actual Results:  
Mozilla displays the html code itself.

Expected Results:  
Mozilla should parse this as html and display as interpreted html

The server sends this URL as text/plain and Mozilla renders it as text/plain.
This is the correct way to handle this document.
