Steps:
1) Open Composer
2) Click the bullet icon to start a bullet on a blank line
3) Hit the backspace key several times
Actual Results: Bullet stays
Expected Results: Bullet is removed

keep 'em coming. they provide evidence that much remains to be done, and that we
