214179 - When cancelling own requests, bugzilla sends canceller email, not requestee

I have noticed this quite often now on bugzilla.mozilla.org - when I cancel a
review that I requested, I get an email about it.

I have also noticed that in another case, a requester has cancelled a review
request, and the requestee (me) did not get an email.

not sure... the scenario is a little bit different (here it's about own
requests, there about other people's). it could still be the same bug, of course

The bug I filed was about the text being wrong.  I should have been getting the
mail, since caillon was making a request on me.  The mail should have had
different text, though.

This bug is different.  It looks like the problem biesi is having is that his
"don't send me mail when I change something" pref is not being honored, right?

well... the problem here is that the recipient of the mail is the wrong one
