(bug 214166). The component page needs to be clarified or corrected as to where file/save bugs belong. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
Maybe it should say "writing to disk". There is some limit to how well we can describe the interactions. In networking, I think we routinely move out about 5-10% of the bugs that are moved in.
