Tabs are arranged in the order they were opened. When many tabs are open, I miss
the abillity to grap a tab and drag it to an new position between the other
tabs, especially when I do some sort of research or comparison and I have to
switch between the same tabs frequently.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  
Tabs cannot be dragged arround (within one window).

Expected Results:  
Let me grap the tabs (by mouse) and move it to an new position.
