I also cannot scroll using my mouse wheel or scroll buttons (I have Logitech MX700 Optical Cordless mouse). Both the normal arrow keys and the ones on the number pad do not work. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Type inside a textbox and try using the arrow keys to move around the text. 2. 3. Actual Results: The cursor doesn't move. Expected Results: The cursor should move.
Jonathan, this works fine for me here with the 2003-09-11 build on WinXP. You're build is already rather old. Please test again with a new build and a fresh profile.
