Changing the value of mailnews.reply_header_originalmessage does not chage the
string used by the application.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change the value
2. Restart Mozilla
3. Foward a Message and see the value not changed

Actual Results:  
The value should have been changed.

Expected Results:  
Showed the default string "-------- Original Message --------"

This others values, for instance, are working fine:

mailnews.reply_header_authorwrote
mailnews.reply_header_ondate
mailnews.reply_header_type
