Since Mozilla 1.5b, when I minimize a Mozilla Window to the Windows Toolbar,
then maximize that window again, I can't any longer scroll up or down with the
mousewheel.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Just minimize Mozilla, maximize the window and scrolling is gone, even if you
click on the page.
Mouse used is a Compaq Logitech compatible mouse with latest Win2k Logitech
drivers.

Additional: If I open a new Window, any text in there can be scrolled without
problems. Until I minimize and maximize that window.
