User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.5a) Gecko/20030718 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.5a) Gecko/20030718 When opening Mail/News, there is no prompt for my Netscape Webmail password, only a long error box saying the security is corrupt and that i need to fix my profile. This was never a problem in Netscape 7.02 and right before I went to Mozilla, i tried to update to Netscape 7.1 and installation went KA-BOOM! Came to a dead halt. So, i decided to completely uninstall Netscape (both 7.02 and what was copied of 7.1). Now, there's a problem. On a side note, this also happens when accessing my saved password. I've narrowed it down to a few things. A) It doesn't like the idea that I had no password for the "PIMS 140 Internal Cryptography" in Netscape. B) Something was corrupted from my Netscape 7.1 install and carried over. C) Microsoft is cursing me for switching off of IE. (Highly Likely!) Anyway, I hope this is detailed enough to solve the problem. Thanks in advance. -N Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install Netscape 7.02 2. Set up a Netscape Webmail account in NETSCAPE Mail/Newsgroups 3. Set your PIMS-140 Internal Cryptography Password to "" 4. Attempt to install Netscape 7.1 but let it crash when it trys to install Radio@Netscape Plus (I doubt you can do this one) 5. Uninstall both versions of Netscape 6. Install Mozilla (version listed above) 7. Try to access your Netscape Webmail through Mozilla Mail/Newsgroups Actual Results: Error box as described in details section. Expected Results: Prompted me for my Netscape Webmail password.
Invalid for 2 reasons: Mozilla mail can't access Netscape Webmail, and you should have created a new profile to use with Mozilla.
