Details
with MacOS 8.5ja, with Netscape5-Mac-M12-1999120716:
1. Delete Mozilla Registry.
2. Launch Netscape5.
3. In Profile Manager, select next button to create new user.
4. In 2nd window, click "change directory".
5. In dialog window, select a directory with Japanese characters as the default
user directory and dismiss dialog.
6. In Profile Manager window, name of new default user directory is displayed as
a corrupt string.

Set priority to major because this indicates that Profile Manager fails to handle
double-byte characters correctly, which causes more problems than cosmetic ones.

Perhaps testing this AFTER we've implemented support for it would be better.
