I just saw something similar tonight. Let me attach a screenshot. It's not the same error, but it's in the same file. I got the error visiting http://greyghost.hypermart.net. What sites are you visiting to generate the assertion?

My error message is in the same file, just slightly different in what asserted and the line number. Not sure if it's worthy of a test, and admittedly, I haven't tried one of the latest nightlies with it.

Just installed the 20030909 Firebird nightly, and I get the same behavior as I had in 0.6. I'll try on my XP laptop sometime; I remember getting Java to work properly there. Methinks the product needs to change to Firebird.

I have a similar error message when I visit some JAVA rich webpages like www.arktis.co.uk If I click on any of the buttons, Mozilla closes down.

WFM with Firefox 0.8. If someone can reproduce this with a recent build, please feel free to reopen and give further details
