Bookmarks Manager does not open




Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start Mozilla
2.Menu: Bookmarks > Manage Bookmarks ...

Actual Results:  
Error windows with:

XML Parsing Error: not well-formed

Expected Results:  
I expected the Bookmarks Manager to open

On the same machine and the same user profile the Bookmarks Manager works with
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030624

Bug is not reproducable on build 20030802 on linux. Please try the lastest build
if the problem still occurs please reopen this bug.
