Overview: Navigator, Mozilla, and IE displays this page differently Steps to Reproduce: goto the testcase. I tested this on netscape 4.7, ie5, and mozilla Actual Results: I was trying to reproduce another bug I had saw before, but I came across this by accident. All 3 browsers display this testcase in completely differently way, but mozilla is the only one that makes it unreadable. Expected Results: testcase should be readable Build: build 1999-1210-08 on Windows NT (sp6)

I don't think this is a table issue. The testcase contains invalid markup and also a lot of LAYER tags. Using build 1999121612 on Windows NT 4.0 SP6 the content is "readable".
Verified WORKSFORME. Please reopen with cleaner testcase if needed.
