21518 - COLGROUP w/ SPAN : widths not properly applied

Overview Description:

	Column widths are only applied to the first column in a COLGROUP
spanning more than one column.

Steps to Reproduce:

	I'm going to attach a test case.

Actual Results:

	Table 2 seems to apply a width of 3* to the second column.

Expected Results:

	As part of the first COLGROUP, Table 2's second column should have had a
width of 1*.
	3* is the width specified by the second COLGROUP, which spans only the
third column.

Build Date & Platform Bug Found:

	M11 on Windows NT

Additional Builds tested on:

        The build listed under latest for Dec. 11, 1999

I believe that this bug was FIXED with checkins by karnaze Dec 13 1999
Test case lays out both tables the same and with correct proportions using
WinNT 1999121408  --- [e-mail] : how does it look to you?
