Details
When you load in http://www.trekweb.com into mozilla (build 1999121008 and
prior) the space between the left most images and the left most table becomes
filled with erroneous garbage. If you scroll down and back up it clears up.
When you place a window over it, and than return, the grabage returns.

Using WinNT 1999122208, I don't see any garbage on the screen, but I do note
that the are has a TD BACKGROUND image, which should be transparent, but is
instead black in the transparent region of the image. Could be a dup of
bug #22715

took a look at bug #22715... The bug stated that a "black patch" appears... I
don't get a black patch, I get garbage (just like the one at trekweb.com). it
is a dupe.
*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 22715 ***
