I can confirm this with the same build on the same platform.
I'm assigning this to Ben, since he did the checkin causing this.

Ben, please either change the link to
"http://www.mozilla.org/projects/firebird/release-notes.html" or move the
release copy the release notes over to the products-directory on the mozilla.org
webserver.
