Upon making a clean install of the 8-5 nightly, the default font values are 8 pt
and Batang for serif, and 8pt and Arial for sans-serif. Any changes made to
these are not remembered. Besides the startup page, all pages indeed display at
8pt. Intermittently, one cannot click the final OK button to close the
preferences window; Cancel still works. These are not issues with the 8-4 build.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install the Aug 5 nightly
2. Open the fonts preferences
3. Change the font or size
4. Click OK (if possible)
5. Restart browser

Actual Results:  
The font settings are restored to the defaults (which are different from the
pre-Aug 5 defaults)

Expected Results:  
Remember my preferences

sorry for bugspam, long-overdue mass reassign of ancient QA contact bugs,
filter on "beltznerLovesGoats" to get rid of this mass change
