ctrl tab works strange in print preview with multiple tabs

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open sites in tabs
2. Go to the print preview
3. Press Ctrl Tab

Actual Results:  
show the pages opened in other tabs

Expected Results:  
nothing or show the print preview of the other pages

Not Firebird specific.  Same effect can be seen in Mozilla 20030729 PC/WinXP.

Along the same line:

Open two tabs and then print preview.
Press Alt-F4.

The tab you were print previewing is now closed, and the other tab is displayed
in a normal browser window.  But the toolbars across the top belong to print
preview mode.  All the normal toolbars and menus are invisible.
