A second MX should be set up for mozilla.org for backup when the primary MX gets
overloaded.  Markus, you suggested this; are you the right person to implement
it?  If not, reassign back to me and I'll look for someone to do the work.

Chris has this on my todo list.

My intention at this point is to get the primary mailserver placed within
OSUOSL's network (this will get us off of SPEWS ;) ) and then have the backup at
Meer, to cover in case of service outages at one place or the other as well.

This is a mass-reassign of bugs that I'm not actively working on right at this moment to the default component owner, since we now have a larger IT staff than just me.  These bugs will be getting redistributed to other sysadmins as sysadmin time becomes available.
