(Whiteboard: [PDT+])

Using Dec 11th build, the cursor keys, home, end, page-up, and page-down now longer do anything. This appears to be mozilla-wide; it definately occurs in the browser and messenger. The keys did work fine on previous builds.

Summary: Cursor movement keys are non-responsive → [DOGFOOD] Cursor movement keys are non-responsive
This is because the editor key bindings aren't being loaded (editor and mail compose window), and there aren't any browser key bindings (browser window). Key bindings should be working in text fields (at least, they were on Friday).
