Don't know if this should be in a separate bug, however it is related. Fill up the personal toolbar so that the overflow arrows/dropdown box appear (try to have a couple of bookmarks in the dropdown). Modify one of the bookmarks in the dropdown box (delete, properties, open, etc..). When done, the bookmarks in the dropdown box are inaccessable the next time you try to select one and clicking the overflow arrow is non functional. You can gain access again by opening a new tab or window, but only for the first time you open a bookmark or try to modify one.
