The scrollbar changes in size due to the operating system's theme. If the
default windows xp theme is applied the bar will be at a regular size but when I
apply the Jaguar brushed steel theme the bar grows in size. In other browsers
the srollbar is as it should be a moderate size. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install Iceman's Jag V2 Theme in Windows Xp
2.Open Firebird 0.6.1
3.

Actual Results:  
All scrollbars that appear are oversized.

Expected Results:  
The scrollbars should be a moderate size, like on the Mozilla 1.5a (2003071814).

Upgraded theme, and problem got fixed.

Resolution FIXED should only be used if you point your issue to a single code
checkin. For everything else that suddenly works use WORKSFORME.
