User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.5a) Gecko/20030728 Mozilla Firebird/0.6.1 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.5a) Gecko/20030728 Mozilla Firebird/0.6.1 On the page http://civserver.freeciv.org/viewgame.phtml?game=43430, an animated gif shows the developement of an online game of FreeCiv. It looks pretty fine on Konqueror and Mozilla, but on FireBird the image is frequently blackened, so only the changing pixels are displayed. The image is oversized, but the problem also occurs when viewing the image on original size. The black lines always appear on the same frames and on the same position, no matter if it was on my Linux machine or on a Win98 system. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: http://civserver.freeciv.org/viewgame.phtml?game=43430 or http://civserver.freeciv.org/gunzip.php/games/43430/replay.agif I've tried some other animated gifs on the site, and found this one, whihc looks quite similar: http://civserver.freeciv.org/viewgame.phtml?game=43441

Works for me on a 2003-11-10 build on WinXP. Bug is reported against a very old build. Please update. -> WFM

Is it my fault that no one cared about this bug report? It was not "reported against a very old build", but against the latest! Anyway, it also works on real OSes now.
