Although we can block images and pop-ups from a site, spamvertisers are using
Macromedia movies in there little spamvertisement windows. When you try to get
context info via right-click, you get the Macromedia options. There appears to
be no way to prevent a site from playing movies with advertising and/or porn
content in a window on a page.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Surf to a site
2. Content wraps around a small window on the page
3. Flash movie plays with no way to prevent it.

Actual Results:
Either tried to ignore the advertisement and try to read the content wrapped
around the webvertisement or just closed the tab.

Expected Results:
Provide a feature similar to the Block Images and Block Popups that blocks flash
movies.
