I moved Netscape 6.4 to new XP-Home computer. Ran fine.  I downloaded Netscape 
7.1, ran the install, and it won't boot up. Splash screen splashes, then 
blinks out.  I uninstalled Netscape, erased the subdirectory, downloaded 
Mozilla 1.4, installed it, and the same thing happens.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install
2.double click on icon
3.

Actual Results:  
Splash screen showes up for less than a second, then nothing.

Expected Results:  
Booted up.

Can you run "mozilla -profilemanager" and create an additional test profile ?
Does this new profile work ?
