Please try again." I have installed a Netscape 7.02, and had this error after I upgrade to 7.1. Today I installed the Mozilla 1.4 and have the same error. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.just try to compose a new mail message, click "New Message" 2. The error pup-ups 3. Actual Results: I can't compose any new messages
Please uninstall Mozilla, delete the whole Mozilla application folder, also delete c:\Program Files\Common Files\Mozilla.org and reinstall Mozilla.
I forgoted to mention that I tryed several times to do so. I just uninstalled and reinstalled mozilla, as you suggested, with the same result. I can't create new mail messages. I had to downgrade my Netscape to 7.02 to write mails. Any atempt to upgrade result in the same error.
