When visiting the url above, firebird reloads to a blank screen with url
wyciwyg://0/http://tweakers.net

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the specified url
2. Make sure this page is in a tab

Actual Results:  
1. Firebird reloads the page and a blank page is shown.
2. When this page is shown in a tab, the title of the tab shows the url
wyciwyg://0/http://tweakers.net while the location field still shows
http://tweakers.net

Expected Results:  
Show the page

I found bug 204956 to be similar to this situation, but the url specified in
that bug works for me.

Zarco, I am using the same build on the same underlying operating system and I
cannot reproduce this issue.

The page does do a reload and that final page only says:

HP heeft nu wel een heel aantrekkelijk aanbod voor u
Als u voor 30 september 2003 een
printer uit de HP LaserJet 2300 serie bij
uw reseller aanschaft, dan krijgt u van
HP €50,- cash back!

It is not blank and the URL did not change.

If I manually enter that Wyciwyg URL, nothing happens.

If you can, could you try the JavaScript options and the HTTP Networking options
and see if those make a difference in the behavior of this bug?

Brant,

1: The location in the location bar does not change, but when you disable the
option "hide the tab bar when only one website is open" or open another tab,
you'll see that the title of the tab has changed to
wyciwyg://1/http://tweakers.net (notice the 1 instead of the 0, this was after
creating a clean profile, the install was already clean)

2: I'm using a hosts file to block adservers. The only text displayed by
firebird is the ad ("advertentie" on the site). That's why I got a blank screen.

3: When I manually enter wyciwyg://1/http://tweakers.net nothing happens here too.

4: I haven't got a clue about what too change in the JavaScript and the HTTP
Networking options to make a difference? Does it matter? It has worked before,
but don't remember since which Gecko version...

Confirmed that it's the same bug as bug 214874.
I tried open http://www.cdfreaks.com, it gives the same result as
http://tweakers.net.
