Click on a mailto: url, close the mail composer window that opens. In the mozilla browser window from which you launched the mailto click on View | Reload. It will reopen the mail composer window. I see this using the December 11, 1999-12-11-18-M12 build. I apologize for putting this under Browser-General, I don't know enough of the structure of Mozilla yet to have a better target. I've put up a simple test url ( http://www.vixen.com/mailto_test.html ) that you can use to test for the presence of this bug. It struck me, however, that you could just click on a name in the bug list and it does the exact same thing, so you don't even need to leave bugzilla to see this one.

I'm resolving this bug as WFM. I checked with the 2000042512 builds and i don't believe it to be a problem anymore in light of the new webshell and SH changes.
