When there is a blocked pop-up windows or when a page has alternate stylesheets,
the icons displayed in the status bar should have explanatory toolip text when
the mouse is hovered over them. This is especially important for the alternate
stylesheet icon, which is never explained by a dialog (like pop-up blocking is).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a page with alternate stylesheets or a pop-up, such as
http://texturizer.net/firebird/index.html
2. Hover over the icon that appears in the status bar.


Actual Results:  
Nothing special.

Expected Results:  
Something indicating what this icon does should happen, like a tooltop.

The menu when clicking the stylesheet icon doesn't give any clear explanation
either.

This is possibly an accessibility issue, but I'm no accessibility expert.
