When clicking a URL in an email address, document or chat window (ICQ, AIM,
etc), and having no open window in Firebird, FB opens a new window with the
"Classic" theme rather than the theme saved in the preferences.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch FB and close initial browser window.
2. Switch to an email client, chat client, etc. and click on a URL. (Make sure
FB is your default browser, of course)
3.

Actual Results:  
When Firebird opens the URL, it opens a browser window (since none is open), but
displays it in the "Classic" theme rather than that saved in the preferences.

Expected Results:  
Firebird should open the new browser window displaying the theme that is saved
in the preferences.

This situation may also arise when there is already an open window.  I have not
tested that scenario yet.
