According to bug 72798 (comment 8 and 9) the ellipsis should be used when
immidiate user interaction is needed to conclude the selected operation. The
usage of the ellipsis in the Firebird Options Dialog is quite inconsistent.
Look for example at the "Web Features" Panel. The Buttons "Advanced..." and
"Permissions..." have the ellipsis while "Fonts & Colors" has not.
I'm going to attach a patch that adds some missing ellipsis to the Options Dialog.
