although I did a complete installation (from
mozilla-i686-pc-linux-gnu-sea.tar.gz)  , I did not get a report or anything.
Anything special to do to enable talkback? didnt find anything in the preferences
nightly linux builds haven't included talkback for about the last week.  :(

the page has a java applet.  which java do you have installed?  did you symlink
to the correct plugin?  does Mozilla crash loading java applets from any page?

WFM using 2003080304 WinXP and JRE 1.4.2.
seems that it was a setup problem of the JVM. sorry for the confusion
