I can't understand why not link to "Moz/Br" (http://mozbr.querencialivre.rs.gov.br/). Moz/Br is a community of developers and common users, several people contribute, and they are always ready to help on their maillists and other foruns. Their localizations are always faster and with better quality. They make documents, faqs, tutorial, not only the Mozilla localization. COS Informatica is a Company.
