When typing in www.partofdomain into the location box, and choosing a previously
visited URL from the autocomplete list, firebird occasionally attempts to
connect to http://www.http://www.correctsite.com, then automatically loads
www.http100.com

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Type in partial address
2.Choosing autocomplete URL

Actual Results:  
URL was changed to http://www.http://www.correctsite.com, then forwarded to
www.http100.com

Expected Results:  
Gone to the correct URL

this is a dupe of a recently fixed bug.... i just can't seem to dig it up at the
moment

This was fixed recently; please try a newer build. Your build may or may not
have the fix... if with a more recent build you still get this then please
reopen bug 178262 (or make a comment to that effect there).
