In the page linked below, a tooltip appears on mouseover for the "sure have"
link (mid-page).  When the tooltip disappears the text that was underneath the
tooltip
appears corrupted (until refreshed).

Problem gone on same hardware/OS in newer build:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.5b) Gecko/20030818
