User-Agent: AOL-GOOGLE Build Identifier: FireBird 0.6.1 When the user agent string is changed via appropriate extension, cannot install any additional FireBird extensions, since the browser is no longer recognized as FireBird. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Tools->Options 2. Get New Extensions 3. Get the error message Actual Results: Error Expected Results: Allow me to install extensions.
Invalid. Not a bug in Firebird. 1. The extension website probably does some browser-sniffing. Contact the webmaster to change this behaviour. 2. Changing default behaviour with an extension and then complaining about a loss of functionality is surely not the way to go. If you want extensions. Change the user-agent to its default value.
