this seems to be similar to bug 116520 where the sidebar comes up empty when
invoking mozilla for the first time after hibernation or restarting my laptop. 
as the original bug states, this used to be solved by closing/opening (F9-F9),
but since the 1.4 release, this no longer works.  instead i have to close out of
the browser for about 2 minutes, re-open, and usually the sidebar is populated
with my tabs again.  for some reason it also adds the Tinderbox tabs even though
i always turn them off.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.close all apps and hibernate the laptop
2.come out of hibernation and invoke browser
3.

Actual Results:  
the sidebar is empty

Expected Results:  
the sidebar should have been populated with my tabs
