Many programs support renaming folders by pressing the F2 key, for example the 
Windows Explorer. Thunderbird should allow that too.

This patch introduced bad line breaks(^M), so that it can not compile

this patch includes an additional occurence introduced by porting
bug 188934 to thunderbird

i don't understand how these are getting in the file. 

every time i check in a #ifdef in a xul file we break like clock work.
