Pop-up "Do you want Password Manager to remember this password ?" appears at
each login, despite "Tools -> Option -> Privacy -> Savec Passwords -> Remembers
Passwords" is unchecked.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Uncheck "Tools -> Option -> Privacy -> Savec Passwords -> Remembers Passwords"
2. Try authentification on any website
3.
Actual Results:  
Pop-up "Do you want Password Manager to remember this password ?" appears.

Expected Results:  
Nothing.

Oops.  Should be really fixed now (tomorrow's build) -- there was a bug with
noticing changes to the pref while the app is running.

I did check after restarting the browser, still got the same thing.
