however in Mozilla, I am only able to scroll down to point 7.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to http://shelbycountysheriff.com/NewsReleases.htm
2.scroll down the page
3.

Actual Results:  
The scroll bar ends at the image and point 7.

Expected Results:  
Should be able to scroll down further.

can confirm on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.5b)
Gecko/20030813 Mozilla Firebird/0.6.1+ and Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT
5.1; en-US; rv:1.5b) Gecko/20030812, however use shouldn't use a build that is
more than two weeks old to file bugs.
