Nearly every site has cookies. Most sites have no cookie policy. Thus, popping
up a cookie notification on every site is not yet of much value.

If you are going to flag a cookie and present a cookie notification on the
bottom, when one clicks on the cookie notification one should find out which
cookies a particular web page has associated with it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to any web page that has cookies (like www.cnn.com or some such)
2. Click on cookie notification
3. Try to pick out the cookies from the cookie manager.

Actual Results:
I got frustrated.

Expected Results:
Specify which cookies are associated with a web page.
