Normally the mouse wheel works perfectly, but on random occasions after i change
focus from firebird to another program and then come back, the wheel will no
longer operate the browser scroll bar. 

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Load any page
2.Change focus from browser to some other application
3.Return focus to browser and attempt to scroll using mouse wheel

Actual Results:  
In some cases it works fine, and in others, the mouse wheel will no longer work
for that page until it is refreshed, another page is loaded, or the browser is
reloaded.

Expected Results:  
Have the mouse wheel work consistently.

The bug seems to span all themes as i encountered it on several occasions over a
month period.
