If I enter a long interger into the mozilla browser {build ID: 2003071814} it
will crash to the desktop. For example if i type in 010101010101 and copy and
paste that into the URL for a longish time, the browser crashed with this notice

MOZILLA caused an invalid page fault in

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open browser
2. type in 01010101010101
3. copy and paste it into the address bar for about 30-40 seconds
4. Crashes when you press enter.

Actual Results:  
Crashes to desktop and opens up netscape report tool

Expected Results:  
displayed that the URL could not be opened e.g. bad URL
Confirming with 2003081204/trunk/W2K -> TB22854208E
