After I try to delete the bookmark, I have to restart FireBird to access my
bookmarks...but then IK realized the bookmark hasn't even been deleted!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Goto Bookmarks
2. Select Imported IE Favorites
3. Try deleting any bookmark
4. Then go back to IE Favorites, realized you can't get in
5. Then restart browser, and goto IE Favorites, realize you can get in!

Actual Results:  
Bookmark doesn't delete
You can't view bookmarks from IE till you restart browser

Expected Results:  
Be able to delete and view w/o restarting the browser.

You can't delete favourites from the Imported IE Favourites, they're not
imported the way you think, its more like a symlink to the existing favourites.

The rest is a dupe
